Staff emailed a request to the one person who knew the ERP's reporting screens, who ran the query manually and mailed a spreadsheet back.

How it runs

Each node is one step in the live workflow, in the order it fires.

    Ask

    A question arrives in plain English through the chat interface.

    Interpret

    An OpenAI/LangChain agent resolves the question against the ERP's schema and the user's access scope.

    Query

    The generated query runs against Aspire ERP through its API, read-only by design.

  4. 4

    Compose

    Results are summarised into a direct answer, with the underlying figures shown alongside it.

  5. 5

    Reply

    The answer is returned in the same conversation, with follow-up questions keeping context.
