Dynamic ATS-Friendly Resume Generation Pipeline

Every tailored resume was rebuilt by hand in a document editor — now structured data renders into a clean, ATS-readable file automatically.

  • Airtable
  • Carbone
  • Google Drive

Each version was duplicated from the last document, edited by hand, and reformatted until it looked right — with no way to know whether an ATS could read it.

How it runs

Each node is one step in the live workflow, in the order it fires.

  1. 1

    Structure content

Roles, achievements and skills are held as records in Airtable, not prose in a document.

  2. 2

    Select variant

The target role determines which records and emphasis are included.

  3. 3

    Render

Carbone merges the selected data into an ATS-safe template.

  4. 4

    Export

The output is generated as both document and PDF.

  5. 5

    File

The finished resume is stored in Google Drive and linked back to the Airtable record.
